Please check this page from time to time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n A contract is formed when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n By placing an order online, the customer accepts these Terms by ticking the required checkbox on the checkout page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The contract starts when the order is accepted and ends when the service is fully delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If a product includes a refill guarantee, the guarantee period is shown on that product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n All orders must be paid in full before processing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card, Cash App, Cryptocurrency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Estimated delivery time is shown on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Delivery starts once the order is processed by our system (often within minutes) or by our team manually, and the customer can see tangible data in analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n For full details, check the refund policy<\/a> page and the specific product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n To request a refund, fill out the refund request form<\/a> or contact support at info@lenostube.com<\/a>. Please allow up to 24 hours<\/strong> for a resolution, as requests are reviewed by a manager.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Refunds may be issued:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Wallet refunds are instant. Bank or card refunds can take up to 5 business days<\/strong>, depending on the bank and country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Valid reasons include issues caused by delivery, or delivery that differs from what was advertised on the product page (for example: traffic source, country targeting, or other service specifications).<\/p>\n\n\n\n Customers must provide the correct link, username, video URL, or account details when ordering, and must not change them during delivery. If incorrect details are provided or changed during delivery, the service may fail or be delivered incorrectly, and refunds may be reduced or denied.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Services are described on each product page. Lenostube.com\/en will deliver the service within the estimated time, and the customer must follow the rules and requirements shown on the product page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If there is a delivery delay, the customer can contact support and choose to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n If delivery has already started and the order is in progress, a full refund is not available. However, for some products, the customer can request to stop the service and receive a partial refund<\/strong> based on the undelivered amount.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Example: If a customer buys 10,000 YouTube views<\/strong> and requests a refund after 1,000<\/strong> views have been delivered (10%), the customer may be entitled to a refund equal to 90%<\/strong> of the service price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n Once the order is completed and fully delivered, a full refund is not available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n If the customer is unhappy for valid reasons, a partial refund<\/strong> may be offered. In this case, service costs are deducted.
