Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all digital products and services sold on www.lenostube.com/en. Each product page may include additional rules. If a product page has a different rule, the product page rule applies.
Most orders are delivered as advertised. Cases where delivery differs from the product description are rare, but this policy explains what happens if an issue occurs.
1) How to request a refund
To request a refund, fill out the refund request form or email info@lenostube.com with:
- order number
- reason for the request
- any relevant details (link/username, screenshots if helpful)
Please allow up to 24 hours for a refund resolution, as requests are reviewed by a manager.
2) Refund summary
- Full refund if the order has not started, or if we cannot deliver the service as described.
- Partial refund if the order is in progress and the customer requests to stop it (refund is proportional to what has not been delivered).
- Partial refund may be available after full delivery only for valid reasons (service costs are withheld).
- No refund if the order is fully delivered as advertised and there are no valid refund reasons.
4) Valid reasons (after full delivery)
Valid reasons include delivery issues or delivery that differs from what was advertised on the product page, such as:
- wrong traffic source
- wrong country targeting
- significant drops where covered by the product’s guarantee (if any)
- other key service specifications not matching the product description
5) Customer responsibility (links and details)
Customers must provide the correct link, username, video URL, or account details when ordering, and must not change them during delivery. If incorrect details are provided or changed during delivery, delivery may fail or be delivered incorrectly, and refunds may be reduced or denied.
6) Refund method and timing
Refunds may be issued:
- to the original payment method, or
- as wallet balance on the Site.
Wallet refunds are instant. Card or bank refunds can take up to 5 business days, depending on the bank and country.
7) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If there is an issue, customers should contact support first so we can help or process a refund when eligible. Chargebacks can cause direct damage to our business. If a chargeback is opened, the customer may be blocked from using our services again.

- After the campaign starts, a full refund is not available.
- The customer can request to stop the campaign (where possible). A partial refund may be provided based on the undelivered amount.
- If fully delivered, a partial refund may be available only for valid reasons (for example, wrong country/traffic source, or significant drops where covered by the product’s guarantee).
YouTube Likes
- After the campaign starts, a full refund is not available.
- The customer can request to stop the campaign (where possible). A partial refund may be provided based on the undelivered amount.
- If fully delivered, a partial refund may be available only for valid reasons (for example, wrong country/traffic source, or significant drops where covered by the product’s guarantee).
YouTube Comments
- After the campaign starts, a full refund is not available.
- The customer can request to stop the campaign (where possible). A partial refund may be provided based on the undelivered amount.

YouTube Subscribers
- Most funds for activation and delivery are used in the initial phase. After the campaign starts, a full refund is not available.
- In some cases, the customer can request to stop the service and receive a partial refund based on the undelivered amount.
- If fully delivered, a partial refund may be available only for valid reasons (for example, wrong country/traffic source, or significant drops where covered by the product’s guarantee).
- If the product includes a refill guarantee, the guarantee period is shown on the product page.
Other product rules
4000 Watch Hours
- A full refund is possible only if the order has not started.
- If we fail to deliver the promised amount, the customer may receive a refund proportional to the missing hours.
- We are not responsible for YouTube Partner Program review outcomes. Approval is decided by YouTube.
- However, we support creators with the appeal or re-application process (which often works). If you are not approved, contact support at info@lenostube.com so we can guide you.
Monetized YouTube Channel
- No refunds after delivery, unless there are valid reasons (for example, the delivered channel/service is materially different from what was advertised).
- If a full refund is approved, the customer must give Lenostube back channel access (and any related access needed to transfer/secure the asset) so we can process the refund.
YouTube Channel SEO Audit
No refunds once the audit is completed and delivered.
Intros, Outros, Animations
No refunds after delivery and download if the product matches the preview/description. For custom work, revisions may be available where stated.
YouTube Video Creation
Due to the nature of this product, no refunds are available after delivery if the final delivered work matches the product description and agreed requirements.
