Generic Refund Policy Rules

The services offered on the site are described in detail on their product page. Lenostube.com/en site undertakes to provide the services within the described estimated times, and the customer undertakes to comply with the contractual conditions for the service purchased.

Please also note that the delivery times described in the product page are estimates and can have slight variations from time to time.

That being said, in case of any delay in delivery, the customer, by contacting the site managers or support, can decide to wait until we deliver the service and solve the delay issues or if he prefers, he can request a full refund of the amount, only if the delivery of the order has not started yet.

If, on the other hand, the order has already been processed and the delivery is ongoing, it is no longer possible to request a full refund, also due to the fact that most of the funds are used in the initial phase of the campaign. For some products*, the customer can still request the interruption of the service and a refund proportional to the quantity delivered up to the request of refund and therefore termination of the service. For example, if the customer has purchased a package of 10,000 “LAV™ Views” and requests a refund when 1,000 have been delivered (therefore 10%), he is entitled to a refund equal to 90% of the price of the service.

Refund on fully delivered service

Once the order has been completed and the service fully delivered, it is no longer possible to request a full refund. If the customer is dissatisfied, he can request a refund which will take place partially as a deduction will be applied regarding the costs of the service. The service costs amount to 40-75%* of the price of the package purchased. The percentage changes based on the type of product purchased and the quantity that has been ordered. The refund will take into account the actual value of the package, without promotions of any kind added at a later time such as discount codes.

*To know in advance and accurately the percentage of the service’s cost and therefore the amount of a partial refund, the customer can contact the support indicating the package they intend to purchase.

As already specified in their product pages, for some services the sale is final and irrevocable and therefore no refund is provided.

Once started, this service cannot be stopped.

For any delays in the delivery, the customer can request a full refund of the amount, only and only if the order has not been started yet. The website itself will refund back the client if the channel doesn’t meet our requirements.

Refund policy at delivered service (4000 watch hours)

Once the service has been delivered (completed), the sales contract is considered concluded and the sale is final; therefore, no refund is allowed. An exception is obviously made if the site – for whatever reason – fails to deliver the promised amount hours. In this case, the customer would be refunded proportionally to the missing hours.

From our side, we are committed to providing the customer with advice to optimize the channel and thus pass the review and we make sure, before activating the order, that the channel meets our requirements. However, the outcome of the review is unpredictable and does not depend on us. For this reason, in the – extremely rare – case in which the channel does not pass the review, we are not responsible as the decision is up to YouTube revision team.

In the case a channel doesn’t pass the review, the channel can ask for a new review after just one month. We will tell you what to change in your channel to be approved next time, but please do not delete any video as you could delete the watch hours too.

If you are unhappy about the service, you can ask to stop the campaign and we will stop it within 24 hours. After that, you can ask for a partial refund which would be proportional to the amount which has NOT been delivered. Let’s say you stop a YouTube campaign where you received 600 views out 1.000 (60%), in this case you are entitled to a refund equal to 40% of the amount you spent.
